Evidence recorded. Missing cells left missing.
Six browser environments multiplied by seven protocols create 42 target cells. Only qualifying physical-device observations count as passes; mock media and injected failures stay excluded.
The matrix is complete as a ledger, not as test coverage. Empty environments stay empty until a qualifying physical-device run is recorded.
Five real observations, versioned honestly.
Current and legacy evidence are separated. Automated mock media and fault injection never count as physical-device coverage.

Filter the gaps. Do not hide them.
A cell becomes Current Pass only when its real environment and current protocol version have qualifying evidence.

SafariDriver exposed Mock video device 1 and Mock audio device 1; automated media was excluded from physical-device coverage.
Permission API and VideoFrameCallback fault injection validates code paths, not real hardware or browser compatibility.
- Not run means no qualifying physical-device evidence is recorded; it is not a failure.
- Current pass means the tested protocol version matches the current public protocol, not that every device model is compatible.
- Legacy pass preserves real evidence from an older protocol version and must be rerun before counting as current.
- A single built-in device path cannot be generalized to USB, Bluetooth, docked or Continuity devices.
